Blink 182 is the least likely group of guys to offer a straight answer about anything. That's why the origin of their name includes every nonsensical story ever unleashed upon an unsuspecting reporter. However, this much – we're pretty sure – is true. They originally went by the name BLINK, but changed it because an Irish electronica artist was already using that name. So, they added "182" which, according to the band, is how many times Al Pacino says everybody's favorite four-letter "f" word in the movie Scarface.
